Waldhotel Wandlitz

The hotel had free parking and the staff at the reception were friendly. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle, tea, and coffee. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning and a fridge. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and the restaurant closed early, limiting food options.

Its not a hotel !!! its a very crappy accomodation, reception was smelly the guy at the reception was a bit drunk when we arrived and heating in the room didnt work properly so night was verry cold. Never again this place !!!!

Car park was very nice

It's welcoming, clean, comfortable and where we wanted to be and it has a good bar and restaurant.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing sauna, lovely playground, helpful amenities , free coffees and warm milk.

Nothing negative to say.

The location is excellent. Very calm area in the forest. Close to the motorway and to Berlin.

-The staff in the reception never found my reservation when I checked in. I showed them my booking confirmation but this did not exist in teir system.

Calm and not so far from Berlin

We reserved 2 rooms and we have been given an appartment with 2 sleeping room inside to share bathroom for 2. When we reserved, this was never clearly mentionned it was an appartment with 2 sleeping rooms inside. This was not corresponding to what was ordered. We could expect better and clear definition from an hotel: either appartment or convetional rooms.

The tea and coffee facilities in the room were decent, and the complementary bottled water was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the staff members were generally helpful.

The rooms were incredibly basic and outdated, feeling how I imagine life was like in the 80s. Don't expect any luxuries such as air conditioning or even a fridge.

We had a wonderful stay surrounded by nature and close to the town center. The hotel's tranquil forest location made it easy for us to take a peaceful stroll to the beautiful lake nearby. The cleanliness of the spacious and modern room was excellent, and we appreciated the free parking and WiFi. The staff were helpful and the reception area was both comfortable and inviting.

This hotel ticks all the boxes. I found a great location close to the town centre at a good price. the beautiful lake and lovely forest were nearby, making it a perfect base for adventure travelers. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom and everything I needed. the breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of cheeses and sausages. the hotel had excellent facilities, including an electric kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary mineral water. the staff was friendly and always helpful.

The parking was a bit limited, but it wasn't a big concern.

We had a fantastic time staying at this place. The location close to nature was perfect for us, nestled in a lovely forest and near a beautiful lake. It was exactly the area we wanted to be in, and the price we paid was very reasonable. The staff here provided exceptional service, from the room service to the laundry service. They even greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, including an ironing facilities, a seating area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The electric kettle and free toiletries were a nice touch. The television had a flat-screen and there was a parquet floor, giving the room a luxurious feel. The dining restaurant provided a delicious in-room breakfast and had a cozy bar/lounge area. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with a sauna, massage services, and a spa lounge. We also indulged in the steam room and Turkish bath. The sun terrace with sun loungers was the perfect place to relax. The beautiful garden area added to the overall ambiance. The hotel also had a Wi-Fi connection, an on-site car park, and a 24-hour reception. We couldn't have asked for more!
